Textile Materials
We collect with our own means materials coming from stocking factories and weaving, spinning and textile workshops. At first the materials are subdivided according to their type. Then the textile waste, already selected, is baled with a hydraulic press. Finally, the bales (MPS) are stocked in our warehouse, ready for sale.

Natural Fibres
Natural Textile Fibres, already existing in nature, are processed in order to get different kinds of textiles such as wool, cotton and viscose. Pistoni S.r.l. deals with those materials in processing and recovering the textile waste. Natural textile fibres are all the fibrous products having the property (thanks to their structure, length, strength and elasticity) to combine in fine, strong and flexible threads. Those threads are used in the textile industry to make yarns which are turned into textiles.
Synthetic Fibres
Synthetic textile fibres, unlike natural ones, are produced by man and can also be called Technofibres. They are divided into "artificial fibres", produced from organic polymers of natural origin (e.g. cellulose) and "synthetic fibres", produced from synthetic polymers. Pistoni Srl specializes in selecting and recycling textile waste in order to produce MPS (secondary raw materials), which are sold to other manufacturers. Pistoni S.r.l. selects mainly nylon polyamide (PA 6 and PA 66), polyester, elastomer (+ nylon) and acrylic.
Yarns on Bobbins
Besides sucked waste or ready-for-assembling waste, we collect stocks of various yarns on bobbins (nylon polyamide, polyester, cotton, etc.). Some of our staff is particularly qualified for the manual cutting.
